Project Manager 2 - Healthcare Construction

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Project Manager 2 for its National Healthcare Division. This role provides leadership and operational oversight for moderately complex healthcare construction projects or designated portions of larger projects.

Project Details

Assignments support healthcare construction projects across the country. The position is based in Nashville for posting purposes, but project location may vary according to business needs and may involve relocation.

Responsibilities

• Direct project administration, safety, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and closeout activities.
• Support preconstruction, estimating, bid packages, buyout, subcontract awards, and scope coordination.
• Manage submittals, change requests, pay applications, procurement tracking, and project documentation.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and internal resources.
• Develop and maintain schedules, cost forecasts, financial reports, and mitigation plans.
• Lead project reviews, progress meetings, owner-architect-contractor meetings, and closeout activities.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of construction management experience.
• Advanced proficiency with project management, accounting, construction technology, and scheduling software.
• Working knowledge of construction means and methods, project processes, Lean practices, budgeting, and profitability management.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license required.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours and meet project-site requirements, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
