Job Summary

The Christman Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial construction projects in the Greensboro area.

The role supports large-scale commercial construction projects in greater Greensboro.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, mentor staff, and maintain a collaborative work environment.
• Manage project scope, staffing, schedules, budgets, risks, and communication with owners, architects, subcontractors, and other partners.
• Coordinate bid packages, bid reviews, project planning, and subcontract agreements.
• Oversee project documentation, change orders, trade contractor coordination, and client service through the warranty period.
• Set project-specific goals for safety, schedule, labor relations, and reporting.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least five years of commercial construction experience in a leadership role with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Training or coursework in construction management, project management, safety, or communication.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time position; extended hours and weekends may be required.
