Project Manager

Job Summary

Lead assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing safe, timely, high-quality, and financially sound delivery. The role has two progression levels, covering projects up to $20 million and projects ranging from $20 million to $50 million.

Project Details

Project scale depends on the assigned level: Step I focuses on projects up to $20 million, while Step II covers projects from $20 million to $50 million.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project handoffs, plans, schedules, budgets, resources, procurement, and field execution with the project superintendent and project engineer.
• Manage project costs, billings, payments, cash flow, progress reporting, contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Monitor safety, quality, schedule, profitability, customer satisfaction, and risk; identify and address potential claims and delays.
• Support estimating, bidding, business development, client relationships, and contract negotiations as assigned.
• Complete closeout and punch-list work and oversee warranty callbacks.

Required Experience

• Experience in preconstruction and construction project management.
• Four-year construction-related degree or an equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment utilization, scheduling systems, productivity analysis, construction operations, and cash flow procedures.
