Project Manager I - Construction

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a Project Manager I to administer assigned construction work and manage project phases with guidance from a senior project leader.

Project Details

The role may support commercial work, including light industrial office and warehouse projects, retail, and strip mall developments.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to client presentations, design development, project budgeting, and scheduling.
• Help manage budgets, schedules, bid documents, subcontract awards, cost forecasts, and project updates under supervision.
• Support jobsite coordination meetings and communicate with project stakeholders.
• Assist with closeout activities, including final costs, punch lists, billing, and fee collection.

Required Experience

• At least four years of commercial construction experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, project management tools, estimating, cost control, and material pricing.
• Estimating or preconstruction experience and field experience are preferred, as is experience with light industrial, retail, or strip mall projects.
