Project Manager II - National Industrial

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is hiring a Project Manager II for its National Industrial team, based in Minneapolis or Austin. The role manages commercial construction projects from planning through delivery.

Project Details

Projects may range from $1 million to $75 million. Preferred experience includes industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living, and multifamily construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, schedules, cost projections, profit forecasts, contracts, and bid documents.
• Lead construction progress meetings and coordinate with jobsite teams.
• Oversee design development and negotiate and award subcontracts.
• Communicate with owners, field teams, subcontractors, and internal partners.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management.
• At least six years of commercial construction project management experience, including design-build experience.
• Experience managing projects valued from $1 million to $75 million.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools, estimating, cost control, and material pricing.
• Ability to travel 35–40% to project sites.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range of $105,000–$120,000, with the final amount dependent on location and candidate qualifications.
