Project Manager MEP

Job Summary

The Beck Group seeks an MEP Project Manager in Dallas to oversee project delivery, finances, schedules, risk, quality, and client relationships. The role leads projects or major scopes and develops project team members.

Project Details

Projects may range from $10 million to $50 million or involve substantial scopes within larger projects. Relevant experience includes commercial construction, mission critical, or high-end hospitality work.

Responsibilities

• Support preconstruction, bid review, contract negotiation, and value engineering.
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, change requests, contracts, and monthly financial reporting.
• Oversee project scheduling and coordinate schedule updates with superintendents.
• Supervise, mentor, and delegate work to Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.

Required Experience

• At least eight years of relevant commercial construction experience, including mission critical or high-end hospitality experience.
• College graduate with a relevant degree; experience leading projects and supporting larger project teams.
• Knowledge of local market regulations is preferred. Experience with Excel, Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, Egnyte, CMiC, Revit, or comparable tools is a plus.
