Project Managers - Tulsa

Job Summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 1 in Tulsa to direct project administration, coordinate with the Project Superintendent, and build effective relationships with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project safety efforts and support an injury-free work environment.
• Manage preconstruction activities, procurement, buyout, subcontracts, submittals, and change requests.
• Coordinate owners, design teams, subcontractors, vendors, field staff, and other project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain schedules, resource plans, cost forecasts, budgets, reports, and project documentation.
• Lead project meetings, payment applications, risk reviews, and closeout activities.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least five years of construction management experience.
• Working knowledge of construction management methods, project processes, budgeting, scheduling, and Lean practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management and accounting software, construction technology, and scheduling software.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
