Project Superintendent II - Electrical

Job Summary

Lead electrical project field operations, directing teams and subcontractors while managing safety, schedule, quality, costs, and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field execution and work with the Project Manager to develop and carry out project plans.
• Oversee project safety and quality plans, construction methods, labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities.
• Maintain the project schedule, use weekly work planning, and lead coordination meetings and field reporting.
• Coordinate submittals, change orders, procurement documents, constructability questions, and design clarifications.
• Manage punch-list completion and system startup and commissioning schedules.
• Identify and address potential claims, and maintain effective communication with owners, project teams, and other stakeholders.

Required Experience

• Four-year engineering degree or an equivalent combination of technical training and relevant experience.
• Construction project and supervisory experience in similar facilities.
• Broad knowledge of construction methods, equipment, negotiations, engineering, cost control, scheduling, and safety.
• Strong communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
