Senior Superintendent, Industrial -Travel

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a Senior Superintendent to coordinate jobsite teams and support safe, on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, company employees, trade foremen, and project management.
• Manage assigned projects, administer budgets and contracts, and support value engineering.
• Coordinate material procurement, purchasing, and limited contract negotiations.
• Prepare estimates for self-performed work and oversee project closeout.

Required Experience

• Post-secondary construction education or equivalent, along with management and sales training.
• Prior experience as a trade foreman, Assistant Superintendent, and Superintendent.
• Broad knowledge of building projects and the ability to interpret shop drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
