Senior Superintendent, Industrial -Travel

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a traveling Senior Superintendent to lead jobsite coordination and oversee project delivery, safety, personnel, and budget performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, company employees, trades, and project management.
• Manage assigned projects, budgets, contracts, procurement, and material purchases.
• Support value engineering, limited contract negotiations, and estimates for self-performed work.
• Oversee project closeout and train personnel.

Required Experience

• Post-high-school construction education or equivalent, plus management and sales training.
• Completion of Superintendent qualifications and responsibilities.
• Relevant experience as a trade foreman, in layout, as an Assistant Superintendent, and as a Superintendent.
• Thorough knowledge of building projects and ability to interpret shop drawings, prints, and specifications.
• Verification of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
