Senior Project Engineer - Electrical

Job Summary

Support technical and project-management execution for electrical construction work, serving as a resource on construction documents, subcontracts, purchase orders, and project questions. The senior level is intended for experienced engineers working on larger or more complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Support project plans, procurement, scheduling, cost control, quality, safety, and change management.
• Coordinate procurement and submittals, verify compliance with contract documents, and maintain project records and logs.
• Track quantities, prepare meeting materials, manage change orders, and assist with budget adjustments and claims resolution.
• Maintain as-built documents and compile project closeout materials.
• Help develop and guide project team members, including Field Engineers when needed.

Required Experience

• Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent technical training and related experience.
• Three to four years of similar construction engineering experience, with at least seven years on electrical construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, and standards, with strong communication and team-management skills.
