Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, balancing safe execution, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction. The role may oversee one complex project or multiple projects.

Project Details

Step I assignments typically involve projects valued at $51 million to $100 million; Step II assignments may include complex projects or multiple projects totaling $101 million to $199 million.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project handoff from estimating to field operations and work with the Superintendent on execution, staffing, equipment, and materials.
• Lead schedule development, procurement coordination, cost monitoring, monthly reporting, billing, and payment collection.
• Administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, insurance requirements, change orders, and budget adjustments.
• Support estimating and business development, maintain client and project partner relationships, and manage closeout, punch lists, and warranty requests.
• Oversee project outcomes, including safety, schedule, profitability, quality, customer satisfaction, and personnel decisions.

Required Experience

• Preconstruction experience managing construction projects and knowledge of contracts, materials, equipment, scheduling, productivity analysis, operations, and cash flow.
• Four-year construction-related degree or an equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range is $200,000-$240,000, depending on experience.
