Senior Project Manager, Electrical

Job Summary

Webcor seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects in the Bay Area, guiding safe, timely, cost-effective delivery and maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead project safety, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, and mentor project staff.
• Manage schedules, buyout, contracts, budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, and project documentation.
• Resolve project issues with clients and subcontractors, track delays, and communicate risks and projections to senior management.
• Support project pursuits and workforce planning.

Required Experience

• In-depth electrical and low-voltage experience; electrical subcontractor experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of prime contracts, project delivery types, cost control, budgeting, billing, forecasting, and building systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and typically 10 years managing complex construction projects.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred. LEED AP and/or LEED Green Associate preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, judgment, and team-building skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range is $180,846–$200,940, depending on individual skills and experience.
