Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

The Beck Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects in Denver, managing overall delivery, financial performance, client relationships, and team development.

Project Details

Lead multiple projects or large, integrated, and complex projects with scopes ranging from $50 million to $150 million. The role focuses on vertical commercial construction and may oversee teams of 5 to 20 project and field professionals.

Responsibilities

• Direct project execution, financials, schedule, risk management, and quality.
• Lead client communications and maintain productive relationships with owners, subcontractors, and project partners.
• Guide preconstruction work, including bid packages, bid reviews, procurement, and contract administration.
• Review proposed changes and manage change orders, subcontractor proposals, budgets, and value engineering.
• Resolve project disputes and ensure subcontracts and purchase orders comply with contract documents.
• Build and develop project teams and cultivate relationships to secure at least $25 million in annual work.

Required Experience

• 15 or more years of relevant commercial construction experience.
• Demonstrated vertical commercial construction experience on projects valued at $100 million or more.
• Experience leading multiple projects through successful financial, schedule, and completion outcomes.
• College graduate with a relevant degree; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Excel, Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, and Revit or comparable construction technology experience is a plus.
