Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini company, is hiring a Senior Project Manager for its Dallas office to oversee the administrative and technical delivery of electrical construction projects.

Project Details

Fisk delivers electrical systems, structured cabling, security, and building technology solutions. Its portfolio includes data centers, arenas, university projects, 5G systems, and high-end retail.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts, documentation, change orders, submittals, procurement, and project schedules.
• Oversee budgets, cost forecasts, job-cost reviews, requisitions, subcontractors, and project assets.
• Coordinate preconstruction, contract development, constructability reviews, and value engineering with project partners.
• Lead project safety planning and quality control, and develop master and look-ahead schedules.
• Review subcontractor financial capacity and verify contractual obligations before mobilization.

Required Experience

• Four-year construction or engineering degree, or equivalent technical training and experience.
• At least five years of construction, design, finance, and management experience, including five or more years with a commercial electrical contractor.
• Proficiency with Primavera, Expedition, CGC CMS, Microsoft Word and Excel, and AIA contract documents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with advanced knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, cost and quality control, engineering drawings, and construction documents.
