Senior Project Manager, Tulsa

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Tulsa to direct complex construction projects or multiple concurrent projects, with responsibility for delivery, administration, safety, schedule, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction, estimating, procurement, subcontractor buyout, scheduling, change management, and project closeout.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and internal resources.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, profitability, risks, pay applications, and business plans.
• Lead safety planning, incident follow-up, project meetings, reporting, and documentation.
• Oversee complex project teams and support client, senior management, marketing, and relationship-building activities.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 10 years of construction management experience.
• Experience with project management and accounting software such as CMiC, scheduling tools, BIM, construction technology, and Lean processes.
• Ability to develop budgets, GMPs or hard bids, estimates, project schedules, teams, and complete projects from start to finish.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
