Senior Superintendent (Advanced Tech)

Job Summary

Catamount Constructors seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead onsite execution, coordinate project teams, and keep construction work aligned with owner requirements and project plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities and maintain communication with subcontractors, the Project Manager, architects, and owners.
• Develop and follow a three-week schedule, track quality deficiencies, and help manage project costs.
• Promote job-site safety through pre-task meetings, required documentation, and safety reporting.
• Maintain daily reports, RFI and time-and-material records, project photos, and stormwater plan compliance.
• Support project closeout by maintaining as-builts, preparing turnover materials, and completing punch lists.

Required Experience

• At least five years of related experience or training with a general contractor; renovation or tenant-improvement experience is relevant, and ground-up experience is helpful.
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong people management, organization, prioritization, communication, and safety leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project, with experience using or ability to learn Procore.
