Superintendent III- Brownsville, TX

Job Summary

Granite Construction is seeking a Superintendent III to oversee construction operations and supervise other superintendents in Brownsville, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution to meet project design, budget, schedule, staffing, safety, quality, and environmental objectives.
• Coordinate site operations, scheduling, engineering, materials, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Support project work plans and procedures, recruit qualified team members, and mentor field and engineering staff.
• Identify training needs and work with leadership to address them.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 10+ years of supervisory or equivalent construction experience.
• Knowledge of construction methods and equipment, company standards, and union jurisdiction and labor agreements.
• Strong communication, organization, planning, supervisory, and management skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range of $127,843-$191,763. Benefits include paid leave, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, flexible spending options, wellness programs, and a 401(k) match for eligible salaried employees.
