Senior Superintendent

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a Senior Superintendent to coordinate jobsite teams and oversee project delivery, safety, budget, and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, company employees, trade foremen, and project management teams.
• Manage projects, administer budgets and contracts, and identify value-engineering opportunities.
• Support material procurement, purchasing, limited contract negotiations, and estimates for self-performed work.
• Lead project closeout and train and manage jobsite personnel.

Required Experience

• Must be eligible to work in the United States, with employment verification required.
