Superintendent - Mission Critical - Traveling

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a traveling Superintendent to oversee mission-critical construction work, with a focus on data center projects. The role calls for extensive field project management experience and collaboration with project teams.

Project Details

Work centers on data center construction for clients based across the country. Senior living and hospitality market familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor performance, project budgets, safety programs, quality control, and CPM scheduling.
• Review design documents and shop drawings, coordinate procurement, and integrate materials into the master schedule.
• Support value engineering, train personnel, and coordinate with project team members.
• Travel as project needs require.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of MEP experience in data center construction.
• Post-high-school construction education or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and successful completion of required pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
• BIM or CAD knowledge, current building-code familiarity, and MS Project scheduling experience are preferred.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.
