Senior Superintendent - Healthcare

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is hiring a traveling Senior Superintendent for its Great Lakes team, based in Milwaukee. The role leads healthcare construction projects and requires at least 15 years of relevant field project management experience.

Project Details

Healthcare and medical construction projects across the Great Lakes region, with travel as project needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontractor performance, project schedules, budgets, safety, and quality control.
• Review design documents and shop drawings; coordinate procurement with the project schedule.
• Support value engineering, resolve field issues, and coordinate with project team members.
• Train personnel and supervise project teams.

Required Experience

• At least 15 years managing healthcare or medical construction projects.
• Post-high-school education or equivalent in the construction field.
• Valid driver's license and ability to complete required pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
• Preferred: project team leadership, BIM or CAD knowledge, current building code knowledge, and experience creating and managing MS Project schedules.
