Construction Project Manager - Mission Critical (Traveling)

Job Summary

Ryan Companies seeks a Construction Project Manager for its national mission critical team, responsible for administering assigned projects and coordinating their delivery.

Project Details

The position supports mission critical construction, including data center work, and requires travel as projects demand.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams and subcontractors, develop owner and industry relationships, and oversee project budgets and schedules.
• Support preconstruction through bid procedures, estimating, vendor and subcontractor reviews, and scheduling.
• Manage quality and commissioning processes, assess construction risks, negotiate contracts, and guide budget decisions.
• Lead progress meetings and oversee design development.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, construction science, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be accepted.
• At least four years of commercial construction experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools, estimating, cost control, and material pricing.
• Mission critical data center experience and knowledge of complex MEP systems, commissioning, early turnover, and Methods of Procedures are preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, P6, and other management tools is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
