Senior Project Manager - Multi-Family Construction

Job Summary

McShane Construction Company is hiring a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple multifamily projects, guide project management staff, and deliver work safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality expectations.

Project Details

The role manages multiple multifamily construction projects. McShane also works in industrial, commercial, and healthcare markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk controls.
• Oversee contracts, procurement, subcontracts, change management, billings, and project financial reporting.
• Lead client and stakeholder communications, project meetings, and resolution of project issues.
• Mentor project staff, delegate work, and support team development and performance.
• Coordinate quality procedures, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Enforce the company safety program, oversee site-specific safety planning, and conduct jobsite safety audits.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of construction management experience.
• Knowledge of project controls, construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with CMiC, Bluebeam, SmartPM, Salus, PlanGrid, Microsoft Office, and MS Project or Primavera P6.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary of $135,000-$165,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and cell phone allowance. Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) match and profit sharing; company-paid life and disability insurance; student loan assistance; paid parental leave; and 15 PTO days.
