Project Manager - Multi-Family Construction

Job Summary

McShane Construction Company is hiring a Project Manager to deliver multifamily construction projects, oversee project financials, and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preconstruction activities, including proposals, bid reviews, constructability assessments, and preliminary schedules.
• Manage contracts, procurement, project controls, change orders, cost forecasts, billing, and subcontractor payments.
• Develop and update project schedules, support quality procedures, and address consultant inspection findings.
• Enforce safety requirements, oversee site-specific plans, and conduct jobsite safety audits.
• Train and mentor project staff and foster a collaborative team environment.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• At least seven years of construction management experience.
• Proficiency with project controls, construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, construction management software, and Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary of $100,000-$135,000, with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus and cell phone allowance.
