Senior Project Manager - Industrial Construction

McShane Construction Company is hiring a Senior Project Manager to oversee industrial projects, guide project management staff, and deliver work safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, controls, forecasts, contracts, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee buyout, purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders, billings, cost reporting, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders; lead project meetings and resolve issues.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project management staff, including project engineers and assistant project managers.
• Support quality requirements and enforce the company safety program, including site-specific safety planning and jobsite audits.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Knowledge of project controls, construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with CMiC, Bluebeam, SmartPM, Salus, PlanGrid, Microsoft Office, and MS Project or Primavera P6.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary of $135,000-$165,000, eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus, and a cell phone allowance.
