Project Manager - Industrial Construction

Job Summary

McShane Construction is seeking a Project Manager to guide industrial construction work from preconstruction through completion, managing safety, schedule, cost, quality, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with preconstruction and marketing teams on proposals, bids, constructability reviews, and preliminary schedules.
• Administer contracts, procurement, project controls, change management, cost forecasts, billings, and payments.
• Develop and update schedules while supporting quality procedures and addressing inspection findings.
• Enforce safety requirements, complete site safety audits, and contribute recommendations during coordination meetings.
• Train and mentor project staff and foster an effective, collaborative team.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
• At least seven years of construction management experience.
• Knowledge of project controls, construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary of $100,000-$135,000, with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus and cell phone allowance. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) match and profit sharing, life and disability insurance, student loan assistance, paid parental leave, and PTO.
