Senior Superintendent

Job Summary

Webcor is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field execution, safety, scheduling, and quality for assigned construction projects in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily site operations, safety, site cleanliness, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and construction sequencing.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor changes and delays, and coordinate schedule and budget alignment with project management.
• Manage site logistics, crane and hoisting needs, inspections, project controls, quality, and punch list closeout.
• Build productive relationships with owners, design teams, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors; lead and mentor field teams.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with typically 10 years of relevant construction experience and at least 3 years as a Superintendent.
• OSHA 30 certification or a Board of Certified Safety Professionals credential such as STSC or CHST; CPR and First Aid/CPR/AED training required. Training may be provided if needed.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software, including developing and maintaining project and recovery schedules.
• Knowledge of building systems, construction methods, applicable regulations, and project delivery from groundbreaking through commissioning and punch list.
• Self-perform experience preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range is $180,846–$200,940, based on skills and experience.
