Senior Superintendent

Job Summary

Webcor seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead field execution, safety, schedule, quality, and subcontractor coordination on assigned construction projects in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily site operations, safety, cleanliness, logistics, procurement, and subcontractor work.
• Develop and maintain project and recovery schedules, track changes and delays, and coordinate updates with owners and project teams.
• Manage field costs, daily logs, inspections, quality, commissioning, and punch-list activities.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, vendors, inspectors, and trade partners; lead and mentor team members.
• Plan crane, hoisting, vertical transportation, and site logistics requirements.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10 years of construction experience, including at least 3 years as a Superintendent.
• OSHA 30 certification or a Board of Certified Safety Professionals credential such as STSC or CHST; First Aid/CPR/AED training is also required, with training available if needed.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, building MEPS systems, formwork, construction regulations, and site-specific safety planning.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software, including creating and maintaining project and recovery schedules.
• Self-perform experience preferred; bilingual ability is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range is $180,000–$200,000, based on individual skills and experience.
