Senior Superintendent, Industrial- Travel

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a Senior Superintendent to coordinate jobsite teams and deliver industrial construction work safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate company employees, subcontractors, trade partners, and project management.
• Manage applicable projects, monitor budgets, administer contracts, and support value engineering.
• Assist with procurement, control material purchases, negotiate limited contracts, and estimate self-performed work.
• Oversee project closeout and help train and manage personnel.

Required Experience

• Post-high-school education or equivalent in construction, plus management and sales training.
• Prior completion of Superintendent qualifications and responsibilities.
• Experience as a trade foreman, in layout, as an Assistant Superintendent, and as a Superintendent.
• Broad knowledge of building projects and ability to interpret shop drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
