Superintendent

Job Summary

Webcor seeks a Superintendent to direct field execution, maintain safe and orderly work sites, and deliver assigned construction work to schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and sequence field operations, coordinate procurement, and oversee subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics.
• Manage schedules, scope changes, daily and monthly reporting, delay tracking, cost forecasting, and change orders.
• Enforce safety and quality programs, coordinate punch-list completion, and monitor workmanship.
• Coordinate with clients, inspectors, trade partners, project management, and design teams; lead and mentor project staff.
• Plan hoisting and vertical transportation requirements and participate in design development and trade coordination.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically eight years of progressively responsible construction experience, including at least two years as a foreman or four years as an assistant superintendent.
• OSHA 30 certification, or a Board of Certified Safety Professionals certification such as STSC or CHST; CPR and First Aid/CPR/AED training are required. Webcor provides training if needed.
• Knowledge of building MEPS systems, core-and-shell work or finishes, union interaction, applicable regulations, and critical path scheduling with P6 or equivalent.
• Self-perform experience is preferred; bilingual ability is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay is $152,000–$168,000, with the actual offer based on skills and experience.
