Superintendent - Traveling

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a traveling Superintendent to coordinate jobsite teams and project work, supporting on-time and on-budget completion while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employees, subcontractors, project management, trades, and owner or tenant representatives.
• Set up and administer project safety procedures, including job-specific hazard analyses.
• Manage subcontractor performance, schedules, budgets, material procurement, and quality control.
• Maintain project records and lead required meetings.

Required Experience

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in construction.
• Ability to read plans and specifications and provide direction to project personnel.
• Experience with documentation, file management, and meeting coordination.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and may be subject to random and post-incident testing.
