Travel Project Manager

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Travel Project Manager to direct moderately complex construction projects or major portions of larger assignments. The role oversees project administration, financial performance, schedule execution, safety, quality, and coordination among internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities, buyout, subcontract issuance, submittals, procurement, and project planning.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and company resources.
• Manage schedules, project risks, change requests, pay applications, cost forecasts, budgets, and profitability reporting.
• Lead project meetings, document key decisions, address schedule impacts, and manage project closeout.
• Support safety culture, investigate incidents, and promote injury-free operations.
• Manage project business plans, deliverables, estimating inputs, and operational processes across multiple projects.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of construction management experience.
• Intermediate communication, presentation, Microsoft Office, and Lean process capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in project management, accounting, scheduling, and construction technology software.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work at project sites or in an office.

Compensation and Benefits
