Building Automation Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary

Support building automation project managers with coordinating construction work to meet design, budget, schedule, safety, and customer expectations.

Project Details

Harris works on projects across varied sectors, including stadiums, manufacturing facilities, power plants, hospitals, concert halls, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documents, drawings, submittals, RFIs, meeting records, and closeout materials.
• Monitor project schedules, labor, procurement, equipment rentals, scope changes, change orders, and permits.
• Support field safety reviews, quality-control documentation, and customer and contractor coordination.
• Assist with estimating, proposals, labor productivity, purchasing, and delivery coordination.

Required Experience

• At least two years of experience with construction materials, tools, and building processes.
• Knowledge of business administration and project coordination, with a basic understanding of engineering, electronics, and electrical systems.
• Experience maintaining accurate records, providing customer service, and using project management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual pay range of $54,019.90-$81,029.85. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; a 401(k) with company match; vacation, sick time, and paid holidays; paid parental leave; and a short-term incentive plan.
