Building Automation Project Manager I

Job Summary

Manage building automation projects from planning through closeout, coordinating project teams, clients, and other construction partners while overseeing schedule, costs, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans, schedules, staffing, milestones, and deliverables, adjusting plans when conditions or scope change.
• Manage budgets, cost tracking, contracts, estimates, and change orders while addressing financial or scope concerns.
• Communicate with owners, contractors, designers, and project personnel to resolve issues and maintain productive working relationships.
• Monitor work quality and progress, support safe jobsite practices, and ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements.
• Lead project completion activities, including inspections, punch lists, commissioning, owner training, and closeout documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range is $67,524.87–$101,287.31. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; a 401(k) with company match; vacation, sick time, and paid holidays; paid parental leave; and a Short-Term Incentive Plan.
