Manufacturing Project Manager

Coordinate and track initiatives that expand manufacturing and supply chain capabilities, providing leadership with clear plans, progress updates, and accountability across workstreams.

Project Details

Initiatives include manufacturing facility startups and modifications, fulfillment center development, equipment planning, process improvements, systems and data integration, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategic initiatives into coordinated plans with owners, milestones, risks, and measurable outcomes.
• Track facility readiness work involving layout, equipment, staffing, procurement, systems, and operational launch needs.
• Coordinate the transition from opportunity development to manufacturing execution across business development, estimating, engineering, purchasing, and operations.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, track commitments, and resolve or escalate dependencies and conflicts.
• Prepare leadership updates and support dashboards and reporting in partnership with business intelligence teams.

Required Experience

• Experience managing cross-functional programs, projects, or operational initiatives.
• Strong skills in project plans, schedules, milestone and action tracking, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Ability to coordinate across operations, business development, and leadership, and drive progress without direct authority.
• Proficiency with project management tools, dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
• Manufacturing, construction, industrialized construction, supply chain, or fabrication experience is preferred; facility startup or process improvement experience is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual pay range of $88,848.52-$133,272.77, with a Short-Term Incentive Plan. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; 401(k) with company match; vacation, sick time, and paid holidays; and paid parental leave.
