Job Summary

Keeley Construction is hiring a Mechanical Project Superintendent for its Civil Group in Austin, Texas, to lead field operations on water and wastewater treatment plant projects.

Project Details

The role supports treatment plant construction, including utility work, process piping, mechanical systems, and equipment installation.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily site operations and supervise self-perform crews while coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors.
• Plan work sequencing, labor, materials, and site logistics; track production and maintain schedules and daily records.
• Oversee utility, piping, mechanical, and equipment-setting work while upholding quality, safety, and project procedures.
• Use drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents to guide field execution.
• Support startup, testing, punch list, and closeout activities.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of construction leadership experience.
• Water and wastewater treatment plant construction experience.
• Experience with utility work, process piping, mechanical installations, and equipment setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret construction documents.
• OSHA 30 certification and Procore experience are preferred.
