The Christman Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial construction projects in the DC Metro and Northern Virginia region.

Manage large-scale commercial construction projects in the DC Metro and Northern Virginia region.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Manage project scope, staffing, schedules, budgets, risks, bids, contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate project planning services and maintain communication on project status, logistics, safety, and quality.
• Build client relationships and lead trade contractor coordination through the project warranty period.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least five years of commercial construction experience in a leadership role with progressive responsibilities.
• Training or coursework in construction management, project management, safety, or communication.

Compensation and Benefits

Expected annual salary is $110,000–$140,000, with a vehicle allowance and eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, ESOP/profit sharing, a 401(k) contribution, paid time off, and a phone allowance.
