Project Manager

Job Summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini company, is hiring a Project Manager for its Roseville office to oversee construction projects across schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client expectations.

The company delivers large, high-profile California projects, including healthcare, higher education, civic, research, and technology facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preconstruction, project setup, team roles, kickoff meetings, and project closeout.
• Manage project budgets, financial reporting, change orders, owner agreements, and subcontractor coordination.
• Lead the master schedule, use scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, and facilitate the Last Planner System.
• Promote jobsite safety, oversee quality management and BIM coordination, and resolve field issues with project partners.
• Maintain relationships with clients and project stakeholders, support business development, and lead project teams.

Required Experience

• At least five years of relevant field or related experience.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is desired; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Large commercial project experience is desired, including healthcare, higher education, corporate campuses, justice, or science and technology work.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Procore and Primavera P6 experience are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Expected salary range is $125,000-$140,000, depending on experience.
