Project Manager

Job Summary

Rudolph & Sletten is hiring a Project Manager in San Diego to oversee project delivery, including schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client requirements.

Project Details

The company delivers large commercial projects across California, including healthcare, higher education, civic, research, and technology facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preconstruction, project setup, team roles, kickoff meetings, and project closeout.
• Manage project finances, budgets, forecasts, change orders, and financial reporting.
• Lead the project team in developing and maintaining the master schedule, using tools such as Primavera P6 and the Last Planner System.
• Oversee safety, quality management, submittals, coordination, and BIM planning.
• Manage owner and subcontract agreements, resolve project issues, and build relationships with clients and project partners.

Required Experience

• At least five years of experience in construction or a related field.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is desired; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Experience across construction disciplines and large commercial projects is preferred, including healthcare, higher education, corporate campuses, justice, or science and technology.
• Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly Excel; Procore and Primavera P6 experience are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Expected annual salary is $115,000-$140,000, depending on experience.
