Project Manager

Job Summary

Roy Anderson Corp. is hiring a Project Manager for its Oxford, Mississippi project site. The role leads administrative and technical project delivery, coordinating contract, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project startup, closeout, contract administration, document control, procurement, and scheduling.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, change orders, payment applications, and project cost reporting.
• Coordinate subcontractors and project staff, working closely with the Superintendent to support safe, on-schedule, on-budget execution.
• Lead quality control, corrective actions, project meetings, and relationships with owners, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Required Experience

• Four-year degree in construction or engineering, or an equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.
• At least eight years of experience in construction, design, finance, and management.
• Knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, scheduling, cost and quality control, engineering drawings, and construction documents.
• Proficiency with P6 CPM scheduling software, JDE, Procore, Microsoft Word and Excel, and AIA Contract Documents.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and employee-management skills.
