Project Manager

Job Summary

Roy Anderson Corp. is seeking a Project Manager to lead the administrative and technical delivery of a construction project in Oxford, Mississippi.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracts, procurement, submittals, change orders, document control, schedules, and project closeout.
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, cash flow, billing, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, project staff, and the Superintendent to keep work on schedule, within budget, and aligned with contract requirements.
• Lead quality control, incorporate safety into planning and execution, and address project issues.
• Represent the company in meetings and manage relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Required Experience

• Four-year degree in construction or engineering, or an equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.
• At least eight years of experience in construction, design, finance, and management.
• Working knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, scheduling, cost and quality control, drawings, and project documents.
• Proficiency with P6 CPM scheduling software, JDE, Procore, Microsoft Word and Excel, and AIA contract documents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and develop project staff.
