Project Manager (Healthcare Construction)

Job Summary

Catamount Constructors is seeking a healthcare construction Project Manager to guide projects from planning through completion, coordinating project partners and keeping work within budget and scope.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract requirements, project records, logs, updates, and changes.
• Lead purchasing and buyout decisions, and help the Superintendent maintain or improve the schedule.
• Build responsive relationships with owners and coordinate owner, architect, and contractor meetings.
• Prepare owner payment applications, review subcontractor invoices and change orders, and communicate with subcontractors.
• Monitor compliance with contract documents and scope, address performance concerns, and support the project team.

Required Experience

• At least five years of related experience; general contractor experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Construction Sciences, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organization, communication, reasoning, mathematics, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project; familiarity with Procore or ability to learn it.
