Responsibilities

• Monitor site safety, conduct walkthroughs, and support safety planning and compliance.
• Coordinate contract documents, submittals, RFIs, meeting notes, quality records, as-builts, and project closeout.
• Manage change orders, work plans, schedules, labor coordination, equipment procurement, and rentals.
• Support estimates and proposals, track productivity and project financials, and manage billings and collections.
• Build client and contractor relationships and support account and sales growth.

Required Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range is $81,740.63-$122,610.95, with the offer based on candidate qualifications, experience, skills, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; 401(k) with company match; vacation, sick time, and paid holidays; paid parental leave; and a Short-Term Incentive Plan.
