Project Manager - Mechanical Construction

Manage mechanical construction projects through all phases, coordinating safety, scope, schedule, resources, procurement, costs, and communication.

Harris delivers mechanical construction work across varied facilities, including stadiums, manufacturing sites, power plants, hospitals, concert halls, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety compliance, document review, scope, schedules, field resources, procurement, estimating, and financial controls.
• Build and maintain customer and project relationships and support sales efforts.

Required Experience

• At least three years of building or construction industry knowledge or experience.
• Understanding of mechanical systems, design principles, and construction documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred; PMP, OSHA 30, and LEED knowledge or accreditation are pluses.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual pay range of $67,524.87-$101,287.31. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; 401(k) with company match; vacation, sick time, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and a short-term incentive plan.
