About the role

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a senior construction project manager to lead teams delivering mission critical projects, with travel required as project needs dictate.

Project Details

The role supports the National Mission Critical team. Specific project locations and scope are not detailed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, progress meetings, and owner relationships.
  • Support preconstruction, procurement, estimating, bid reviews, and design development.
  • Oversee quality assurance, quality control, commissioning, risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for projects.
  • Mission critical experience is preferred. Knowledge of complex MEP systems, commissioning, early turnover, and Methods of Procedures is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Procore, P6, and other project management tools is valued.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range is $150,000-$185,000, with possible additional commission or incentive compensation.
