Senior Project Manager (Advanced Tech)

Job Summary

Lead project financial performance and delivery, partnering with owners and design teams to keep building projects within scope and budget.

Project Details

Catamount works across markets that include distribution, medical facilities, housing, restaurants, and fire stations.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, reporting, schedules, buyout, subcontractor performance, and closeout.
• Build client relationships, resolve owner and subcontractor issues, and support contract negotiations.
• Contribute to business development, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor selection, and client presentations.
• Coordinate project turnover, phasing, logistics, and handoffs between estimating and operations.

Required Experience

• Seven to ten years of related experience; general contractor experience is preferred.
• Related bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and MS Project; Procore experience or ability to learn it.
