Job Summary

Lead construction project management activities for Harris, coordinating materials, procurement, field resources, scope, schedules, and project finances.

Project Details

Harris delivers mechanical construction across varied facilities, including stadiums, manufacturing sites, power plants, hospitals, concert halls, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Track fabricated materials from procurement through delivery and help field teams secure equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Resolve material issues, coordinate returns, and provide stored-material records and photos to support billing.
• Oversee safety compliance, document control, scope, schedules, field resources, procurement, estimating, and financial management.
• Build business relationships and support sales activities.

Required Experience

• At least 8 years of construction project management experience.
• At least 8 years of experience with mechanical systems, construction documents, and design methods, tools, and principles.
• At least 8 years of business administration and management knowledge, including operations, finance, customer relations, business development, project sales, and construction law.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range of $122,166.71-$183,250.06, with the offer determined by qualifications, experience, skills, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid time off and holidays; paid parental leave; and a short-term incentive plan.
