Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

WDF Inc., a Tutor Perini company, is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC projects from planning through completion at its Brooklyn project site.

Project Details

WDF self-performs HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, and specialty general construction in public and private sectors. The role manages commercial HVAC projects valued between $4 million and $40 million.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate estimates, takeoffs, purchasing, equipment rentals, staffing, and project schedules.
• Work with clients, design teams, subcontractors, inspectors, and public officials to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Review plans, specifications, scopes, site conditions, and code requirements to guide project execution.
• Maintain workmanship standards and communicate with client management about schedule and staffing adjustments.

Required Experience

• 20+ years of construction management experience on commercial HVAC projects.
• Experience managing commercial HVAC projects valued from $4 million to $40 million.
• Ability to interpret construction documents and manage project scope, specifications, and schedules.
• Proficiency with Navisworks; familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit for BIM coordination and modeling.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and computer skills, including Word, Adobe, Excel, and Outlook.
• High school diploma or GED required; a construction-related or engineering associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Expected salary range is $250,000-$300,000, depending on experience.
