Senior Project Manager I & II- Structured Cabling

Job Summary

Mortenson seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead one major project or several projects, overseeing delivery and developing strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage project finances, estimates, forecasts, budgets, billings, invoices, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Lead and develop Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Serve as the primary owner contact, resolve site issues, and coordinate change orders and approvals.
• Maintain project schedule while overseeing quality, risk, safety, and compliance.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, civil or architectural engineering, or construction management; equivalent experience may qualify.
• Current driver’s license and basic knowledge of construction law and business practices.
• Level I requires at least eight years of construction management or related experience.
• Level II requires at least ten years of construction management or related experience, including work on projects valued at $20 million or more.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.

Compensation and Benefits

Level I base pay is $144,300–$216,500; Level II base pay is $158,900–$238,400, with adjustments for certain office locations. The role is eligible for an incentive plan.
