Senior Project Manager - MEP

Job Summary

Webcor seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee MEP construction projects, coordinating project teams and trade partners to meet schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client expectations. The position may be leveled up to Senior Director based on MEP experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage jobsite safety, project schedules, budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, and buyout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and project staff; resolve issues and support team development.
• Manage contracts, purchasing, document control, owner delay notices, and project quality and punch-list processes.
• Contribute to project pursuits and workforce planning.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically, 10 years managing complex construction projects, especially with an MEP subcontractor or engineering firm.
• Expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, contract types, cost control, budgeting, billing, and forecasting.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred. LEED AP and/or LEED Green Associate preferred.
• Ability to work at active construction sites and navigate stairs, ladders, and changing work areas.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $180,846-$200,940. Actual pay depends on individual skill level and experience.
